【 Indications 】
TUKADX is a prescription medicine used in adults to treat:
A type of breast cancer called human tumor growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) breast cancer. TUKADX is used with the drugs trastuzumab and capecitabine when your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (such as the brain) (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery and you have already received one or more anti-HER2 breast cancer treatments for this type of breast cancer .
A type of colorectal cancer called RAS wild-type HER2 colorectal cancer. TUKADX is used with the drug trastuzumab when your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery and you have been treated with trastuzumab . Chemotherapy based on paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan did not work or is no longer working.
There is still uncertainty as to whether LION TUKADX is safe and effective for children.
【 Recommended dosage 】
TUKADX is used with the drug trastuzumab for colorectal cancer or trastuzumab and capecitabine for breast cancer.
Your healthcare provider will tell you what dose of trastuzumab and capecitabine you will take and how to take it.
Take TUKADX 2 times daily, with or without food.
Take TUKADX approximately every 12 hours or at the same time each day.
Swallow TUKADX tablets whole. Do not chew, crush, or split TUKADX tablets before swallowing. Do not take TUKADX tablets if they are cracked, broken, or damaged.
If you vomit or miss one dose of TUKADX, take your next dose at your normal time.
【 Included 】
TUKADX may cause serious consequences, including:
Diarrhea. Diarrhea is common with TUKADX treatment and can sometimes be severe. Tell your healthcare provider if you have a change in your bowel movements or severe diarrhea. Severe diarrhea can lead to fluid overload, low blood sugar, kidney problems, and death. Your healthcare provider may prescribe medicine to treat your diarrhea during TUKADX treatment.
TUKAD can cause serious hepatitis problems. Your healthcare provider will do blood tests before treatment with TUKADX and every 3 weeks or as needed during treatment to check how well you are functioning. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you have any physical signs and symptoms of hepatitis problems, including:
o Diagnosis o Itchy skin or yellow eyes o Feeling very tired o Beauty
o Dark or brownish brown (tea color) o Pain in the upper right side of the stomach (abdomen) o Blood clots or bruises more easily than usual
The most common side effects of TUKADX in combination with trastuzumab and capecitabine for the treatment of HER2-acute breast cancer include:
• Diarrhea • Rash, redness, pain, abdomen or blisters on the palms or soles of the feet • Increased blood tests for liver function • Vomiting
• Vomiting • Inflammation of the mouth (stomatitis) • Cosmetic recovery • Low red blood cell count (anemia) • Skin rash
The most common side effects of TUKADX in combination with trastuzumab for adults with RAS wild-type HER2-active colorectal cancer include:
• Tiredness • Fatigue • Rash • Vomiting
• Stomach (abdomen) • Infusion-related reactions • Fever
If you get certain side effects, your healthcare provider may change your TUKADX dose, temporarily stop, or permanently stop TUKADX treatment.
TUKADX may cause fertility problems in both males and females, which may affect fertility. If you have concerns about your fertility, talk with your healthcare provider.

• Store TUKADX at temperatures between 68°F and 86 °F (20°C and 30 °C).
• Store TUKADX in its original container. The TUKADX bottle contains a desiccant packet to help keep your tablets dry (protected from moisture). Keep the desiccant in the bottle.
• After taking your dose, close the TUKADX bottle immediately.
• TUKADX must be used within 3 months of opening the bottle. Throw away (discard) any tablets that are not used within 3 months of opening the bottle.
Keep TUKADX and all medicines out of the reach of children.
