Introduction: Upadacitinib is an interfacial, once-daily, selective, reversible JAK free radical that has played a key role in the treatment of multiple Fox pathophysiological processes, especially for the treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients who are ineffective or intolerant to methotrexate. In August 2019, upadacitinib was approved in the United States for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The indications that upadacitinib can treat are also being studied: atopic dermatitis, psoriatic arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis, and kevin in the European Union. Upadacitinib has been approved for the treatment of three indications: rheumatoid arthritis, active psoriatic arthritis, and active ankylosing spondylitis.

【 Indications 】

UPADX is a prescription drug that is prescribed by Janus (JAK).

• For adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who have not been adequately treated with one or more drugs called tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers or who cannot tolerate them.

• For the treatment of severe, active psoriatic arthritis in adults who have not had enough effect on or cannot tolerate one or more drugs called tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers.

• Adults and children 12 years and older reporting moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) that has not responded to previous treatments and whose eczema is not well controlled with other pills or injections (including biologic treatments) or with other medicines. Pills or injections are not recommended.

• To treat moderate to severe cystitis when one or more medicines called tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers have not worked well enough or cannot be tolerated.

• To treat adults with cognitively active ankylosing spondylitis when one or more drugs called tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers have not worked well enough or cannot be tolerated.

UPADX is safe and effective for children 12 years and older who weigh at least 88 pounds (40 kg) with atopic dermatitis.

It is not known whether Santa UPADX is safe and effective for children with neonatal idiopathic arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis.

It is not yet clear whether Public Health UPADX is safe and effective for children under 12 years of age with atopic dermatitis in Palestine.

It is currently unknown whether UPADX is safe and effective for children with bronchitis.

• You take UPADX exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to .

• Take UPADX once daily , with or without food.

• Swallow UPADX tablets whole . Do not split, crush, or chew the tablets.

• If you overdose of UPADX , call your healthcare provider or poison control center.

The most common side effects of UPADX in patients treated for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis include:

• Upper respiratory tract infections (common cold, sinus infection) • Herpes zoster (shingles)

• Severe herpes simplex virus infections, including herpes labialis • Bronchitis

• Nausea • Cough • Cough • Acne • Headache

The most common side effects of UPADX in patients with atopic dermatitis include:

• Upper respiratory infections (common cold, sinus infection) • Acne

• Severe infections with rash viruses, including cold sores • Seawater

• Increased creatine phosphate levels in the blood • Cough

• Allergic reaction • Inflammation of hair follicles • Appetite

• Abdominal pain • Weight gain • Weight gain

• Shingles (herpes zoster) • Tiredness • Fatigue

• Low white blood cell count (neutropenia) • Pain from surgery

• Flu-like illness

The most common side effects of UPADX in patients treated for chondroitinib include:

• Upper respiratory infections (common cold, sinus infection) • Acne scars

• Severe herpes simplex virus infections, including herpes labialis • Folliculitis

• Skin rash • Flu • Shingles (herpes zoster)

• Increased blood cholesterol levels • Increased blood creatine phosphate levels

• Increased levels of liver enzymes • Decreased numbers of certain types of white blood cells (neutropenia, kratom cytopenia)

Separation or tearing (further peeling) of the lining at the back of the eye has occurred in people with atopic dermatitis treated with UPADX . Call your healthcare provider right away if you have a sudden change in vision .
