[ Indications ] Capasitinib is an enzyme inhibitor indicated in combination with fulvestrant for the treatment of adult patients with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer with one or more PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN alterations.

【 Usage and Dosage 】 Oral administration, 400 mg each time, twice a day, for 4 consecutive days, and then stop for 3 days. It can be taken with food or alone.

[ Contraindications ] People who are allergic to any ingredient of this product.

【 Notes 】

1. Monitor blood sugar regularly during treatment. If blood sugar increases, reduce the dosage or stop the medication as appropriate.
2. Monitor patients for signs and symptoms of diarrhea. Advise patients to increase oral rehydration and initiate antidiarrheal therapy at the first signs of diarrhea while taking this product.
3. Serious adverse skin reactions may occur while taking this medicine.
4. Female patients should take effective contraceptive measures during medication and within one month after the last dose, and male patients should take effective contraceptive measures during medication and within four months after the last dose.
5. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women.
6. Be aware of the contraindications of fulvestrant when used concomitantly with fulvestrant.
