【 Indications 】

This product is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in whom FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) mutations have been detected.

【 Usage and Dosage 】

• 120 mg each time, once a day.
• Take with or without food, whole tablet with water, do not break or crush.
• Treatment is recommended for 6 months until the patient no longer has clinical benefit or unacceptable toxicity occurs.

【 Taboo 】

Patients who are allergic to this product.

【 Notes 】

1. Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRER): Discontinue medication in patients who develop PRER.
2. Prolonged QT Interval: Interrupt and reduce dose in patients with QTcF>500 msec; manage hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia prior to and during dosing.
3. Pancreatitis: Interrupt and reduce dose in patients with pancreatitis.
4. Embryo-fetal toxicity: It may cause harm to the fetus when administered to pregnant women; discontinue breastfeeding within two months of administration during lactation.

[ Adverse Reactions ] Thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, anemia, dizziness, headache, cough, nausea, taste disorder, prolonged QT interval of electrocardiogram, and increased alanine aminotransferase.

【 Storage 】
