Introduction: Entrectinib is a tropomyosin receptor tyrosine kinase (TRK) TRKA, TRKB, TRKC, proto-oncogene tyrosine protein inhibitor ROS1 and anaplastic tyrosine kinase (ALK). In August 2019, the FDA approved it for the treatment of ROS1 mutant non-small cell lung cancer and NTRK gene fusion mutant solid tumors.

【Specification】

【Indications】

ENTREDX is a prescription medicine used to treat:

• Adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body and is caused by an abnormal ROS1 gene.

• Adults and children 12 years and older with solid tumors (cancer):

o Caused by certain abnormal NTRK genes, and

o The cancer has spread or surgery to remove the cancer may cause serious complications, and

o There are no satisfactory alternative treatments, or the cancer has grown or spread during other treatments.

It is not known if ENTREDX is safe and effective for use in children younger than 12 years old.

【Recommended dosage】

• Take ENTREDX exactly as your healthcare provider tells you. Do not change your dose or stop taking ENTREDX unless your healthcare provider tells you.

• If you have an adverse reaction, your healthcare provider may change your dose, temporarily stop, or permanently stop ENTREDX treatment.

•Take ENTREDX once daily with or without food.

• Swallow ENTREDX capsules whole. Do not open, crush, chew, or dissolve the capsule contents.

• If you miss a dose of ENTREDX, take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is within 12 hours, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at your normal time.

• If you vomit right after taking a dose of ENTREDX, you can take that dose again.

• Fatigue
