【 Indications 】

• Adults: locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with positive rearranged-under-transfection (RET) gene fusion;
• Adults and children over 12 years old: RET mutant medullary thyroid cancer, RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer.

[ Dosage and Administration ] The recommended dose is 400 mg once a day, taken orally on an empty stomach.

[ Contraindications ] It is contraindicated in patients with heavy bleeding.

【 Notes 】

1. Do not take before or after surgery.

2. It may cause harm to the fetus.

3. Use with caution during breastfeeding.

【 Adverse Reactions 】

1. Fatigue, constipation, musculoskeletal pain, and hypertension.

2. Neutropenia, pneumonia, anemia, lung parenchymal lesions, fever, diarrhea, elevated AST, elevated creatine kinase, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, vomiting, sepsis, and dyspnea.
