Element

Indications

  1. Multiple Myeloma (MM)

    • It is usually used in combination with dexamethasone to treat adult patients with multiple myeloma.

  2. Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)

    • For the treatment of patients with low-risk or intermediate-risk myelodysplastic syndrome with chromosome 5q deletion abnormalities.

  3. Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)

    • For the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma.

  4. Follicular lymphoma (FL) and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL)

    • Use in combination with other drugs.

Dosage

  1. Multiple Myeloma (MM) :

    • Recommended dose: 25 mg once daily, for 21 days on, 7 days off, for one cycle.

  2. Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) :

    • Recommended dose: 10 mg once daily, continuously.

  3. Adjust the dose :

    • Adjust the dose according to the patient's adverse reactions or renal function.

  4. Directions :

    • Take the capsules orally at a fixed time daily, swallowing the whole capsule without breaking or chewing it.

Adverse Reactions

  1. Common adverse reactions :

    • Myelosuppression (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia)

  2. Serious adverse reactions :

    • Venous thromboembolic events

Precautions

  1. Pregnancy Warning :

    • Lenalidomide can cause severe fetal malformation or death. It is contraindicated for pregnant women. Female patients should take effective contraceptive measures before taking the drug, during treatment and after stopping the drug.

  2. Risk of blood clots :

    • It may increase the risk of thrombosis, and thrombosis indicators need to be monitored regularly when used in combination with anticoagulants.

  3. Patients with renal impairment :

    • Patients with impaired renal function require dose adjustment.

  4. Risk of infection :

Contraindications
