【 Main ingredients 】 Dabrafenib……….75mg.

【 Indications 】

Dabrafenib is a kinase inhibitor that can be used alone or in combination with trametinib.

• For the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma who are BRAF V600 mutation-positive.
• For postoperative adjuvant treatment of BRAF V600 mutation-positive melanoma.
• For the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer caused by BRAF V600E mutation.

【 Usage and Dosage 】

• Adult patients: 150 mg orally, twice a day.
• Children

For patients weighing 26-37 kg, take 75 mg orally, twice a day.

For patients weighing 38-50 kg, take 100 mg orally, twice a day.

For patients weighing 51 kg or more, take 150 mg orally, twice a day.

• Take this medicine at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, with an interval of about 12 hours between doses.
• Continue taking the drug until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.

【 Notes 】

1. Monitor patients for new malignancies during treatment.
2. Patients may experience major bleeding events when taking trametinib. Monitor for signs and symptoms of bleeding.
3. Venous thromboembolism may occur during medication.
4. Monitor for cardiomyopathy during medication use.
5. Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: Can cause fetal harm. Inform females of reproductive potential of the potential risk to a fetus and to use effective contraception.
