【 Generic name 】 Asimini hydrochloride tablets

【 Main ingredients 】 Asiminid...40mg.

【 Indications 】

This product is a kinase inhibitor suitable for the treatment of:

  • Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) in chronic phase (CP), previously treated with two or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKls).
  • Indicated for the treatment of chronic phase (CP) of Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) with T315I mutation.

【 Usage and Dosage 】

  • The recommended dose for Ph+ CML-CP patients is 80 mg once a day or 40 mg twice a day, approximately 12 hours apart.
  • The recommended dose for patients with Ph+ CML-CP and T315I mutation is 200 mg twice a day, approximately 12 hours apart.
  • Take orally without food, at least 2 hours before or 1 hour after taking.
  • Treatment with IFNIL should continue as long as clinical benefit is observed or until unacceptable toxicity occurs.

【 Taboo 】

Patients who are allergic to the active ingredients or any excipients of this product.

【 Notes 】

  1. Myelosuppression: Severe events of thrombocytopenia and neutropenia may occur. Manage by interruption of treatment or dose reduction.
  2. Pancreatic toxicity: Monitor serum lipase and amylase.
  3. Hypersensitivity Reactions: May cause hypersensitivity reactions.
  4. Cardiovascular Toxicity: Cardiovascular toxicity may occur.
  5. Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: Can cause harm to the fetus.

[ Adverse Reactions ] Upper respiratory tract infection, musculoskeletal pain, decreased platelet count, increased triglycerides, decreased neutrophil count, increased uric acid, headache, fatigue, nausea, rash, and diarrhea.
