【 Main ingredients 】 Sofosbuvir……….400mg; Velpatasvir……….100mg

【 Indications 】

Indicated for the treatment of chronic HCV genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 infection in adults and children 3 years of age and older:

• No cirrhosis or compensated cirrhosis;
• Decompensated cirrhosis requiring concomitant use with ribavirin.

【 Usage and Dosage 】

• Oral administration, once a day, one tablet each time, for 12 weeks. When used in combination with ribavirin, please refer to the prescribing information of the drug containing ribavirin.
• May be taken with or without food.

【 Contraindications 】Patients who are allergic to any ingredient of this product.

【 Notes 】

1. Risk of HBV reactivation in patients co-infected with HCV and HBV.

2. It is not recommended to use this product in combination with amiodarone as there is a risk of symptomatic bradycardia.

3. It is not recommended to use it with strong P-gp inducers and strong CYP inducers.

4. Refer to the warnings and precautions of ribavirin when used in combination with ribavirin.

5. Pregnant and lactating women should use with caution.
