Elastranose is an estrogen receptor antagonist used for:

Treatment of postmenopausal women or men with ER-positive, HER2-negative, ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer whose disease has progressed after at least one endocrine therapy

• Patients were selected for ORSERDU treatment based on the presence of ESR1 mutations.

• The recommended dose of ORSERDU is one 345 mg tablet, taken orally once daily with a meal

• Interruption, reduction, or permanent discontinuation of medication may be necessary due to adverse reactions.
