【Indications】

AKADX is a prescription medicine used in adults to treat:

• Patients with mantle cell (MCL) have received at least one previous cancer treatment.

•Chronic bleach (CLL) or single sulfoxide (SLL).

There is still uncertainty as to whether AKADX is safe and effective for children.

 

【Recommended dose】

• Take AKADX exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to.

• Do not change your dose or stop taking AKADX if your healthcare provider tells you to.

• If you have certain effects, your healthcare provider may tell you to reduce your dose, temporarily stop, or completely stop taking AKADX.

• Do not interchange (swap) AKADX tablets with AKADX capsules.

• Take AKADX 2 times a day (about 12 hours apart).

•You can take it with or without food.

• Swallow AKADX tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, dissolve, or cut .

• If you miss a dose of AKADX, take it as soon as you remember. If it is more than 3 hours past your usual dose time, skip the missed dose and take your next dose of AKADX at your regularly scheduled time. Do not take an extra dose of the medication to make up for the missed dose.

 

【Included】

AKADX may cause serious consequences, including:

• Serious infections can occur during treatment with AKADX and may lead to death. Your healthcare provider may prescribe certain medicines if you are at increased risk for infection. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you have any symptoms of infection, including fever, cold, or similar symptoms.

• Problems with violence (violence) can occur during treatment with AKADX, and the situation can be serious or even lead to death. The risk of violence may be increased if you also take Viagra. Tell your healthcare provider if you have violent conflicts or symptoms, including:

o Blood in your stool or black stool (looks like tar) o Pink or brown urine

o Unexpected clotting, or severe or uncontrollable vomiting of blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds

o Suction of blood or blood clots o Bruising or red or purple skin marks

o Your speech occurs when the seawater lasts for a long time

o Dizziness o Weakness o Confusion

• Decreased blood cell counts. Decreased blood cell counts (white blood cells, routine, and red blood cells) are common in AKADX but may also be uncommon.

Your healthcare provider should do regular blood tests during treatment with AKADX to check your blood cell counts.

• Second primary cancers. People have developed new cancers, including skin cancer or cancers of other organs, during treatment with AKADX.

Your healthcare provider will check you for skin cancer during treatment with AKADX. Use sunscreen when you go out in the sun.

• Heart rhythm problems (atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter) have occurred in people treated with AKADX. Tell your healthcare provider if you have any of the following symptoms :

o Fast or irregular heartbeat o Dizziness o Feeling like fainting

o Feeling unwell o Difficulty breathing

The most common side effects of AKADX include:

o and visited joint pain o infection

o Curbing blood circulation o Preventing diabetes
